FAQ's

1. How do I launder my faux fur throw? Our throws may be machine-washed (delicate cycle) in cold water and tumbled dry on low – or line dried if preferred.


2. How do I treat wrinkles? Toss in the dryer on low for 15 minutes.


3. Does faux fur shed? Your faux fur may have errant loose fibers, but any shedding should be minimal and will decline over time.


4. When can I expect my order to ship? At checkout and in your Order Confirmation email we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order. Orders placed before 2pm will be fulfilled on the same day. Worldwide shipping delays – they’re not just for the big guys. Please bear with us as we do our best to get your items to you as quickly as we can.


5. Can I cancel my order before it ships? We start processing orders shortly after they’ve been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know ASAP by contacting us at askus@maisonfurage.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation. In some cases, your order may not be able to be cancelled if it is already in the process of shipping it out.


6. Need to return your order? You are able to return within 30 days of the purchase date, and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. We'll gladly accept unwashed and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. If you feel your item is defective, please reach out to us at askus@maisonfurage.com to assist.


7. Do you ship international? At the moment we do not ship internationally. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to international shipping.
